Think About It

From the moment of conception the whole genetic code is there, all the DNA, all the knowledge on how this new human being is going to grow eye-balls that see, ears that will hear, a nose to smell, mouth, all the vital organs, reproductive, respiratory and digestive systems…and the know-how, on when everything needs to stop growing!  And this does not take millions of years…but days, weeks and a few months to manifest.

Stages of Fetal Development - The miracle of life in the womb

A woman's egg, unfertilized will die, and a man's sperm unfertilized will die...but once the two come together...there is the creation of a new unique human being, who is fully alive! A person with potential!

His or her heart begins to beat only three to four weeks after conception! Five weeks after conception, your baby's brain and face are rapidly developing. Tiny nostrils become visible, and the eye lenses begin to form. The arm buds that sprouted last week now take on the shape of paddles. Six weeks after conception, your baby's arms and legs are growing longer, and fingers have begun to form. The shell-shaped parts of your baby's ears also are forming, and your baby's eyes are visible. The upper lip and nose have formed. The trunk of your baby's body is beginning to straighten. Seven weeks after conception, your baby's arms grow, develop bones and bend at the elbows. Toes form, and your baby's eyelids and ears continue developing.

Eight weeks after conception, your baby's head has become more round. The neck begins to develop, and your baby's eyelids begin to close to protect his or her developing eyes.

By eight-nine weeks all the organs are formed, and he/she is called a “fetus”.  Fetus is a Latin word that means the “little one”.  By ten weeks perfect tiny arms, legs, fingers and toes! 10 weeks after conception, your baby is developing fingernails.

8-11 weeks...The baby's body responds to touch, although the woman carrying the baby will not be able to feel movement until the fourth or fifth month.

At 12 weeks, The ears are functioning, and there is evidence that the baby hears quite a bit — the mother's voice and heartbeat as well as external noises.

The baby listens to its mother's voice and heartbeat every day.  Psalm 139 declares how God knits us together in our mother’s womb where we were fearfully and wonderfully made!

It is a baby!

Below is a photograph of baby Daniel taken at a hospital, born prematurely at only 16 WEEKS. His mother had a natural miscarriage, we do not know why, and he was delivered into her hands at home. He was born alive, grabbed his Mom's finger, took a few gasps of air and sadly died in her arms.  As you can see this little fellow is fully human.

Doctors needed to do surgery on baby Samuel while he was still in the womb at 21 weeks so he would survive, he stuck out his hand and grabbed the doctors finger which was remarkably captured on film.

Tragically, babies are being exterminated daily in our nation, and paid for up to 21+ weeks old and more.  Who will be a voice for these little ones

unjustly sentenced to death?
